We design our pieces to be worn, loved and passed down — and we want you to truly love what you receive.

If something isn’t quite right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.


Change of Mind

We offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind, provided your item meets the following:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in the making of each piece. If your item arrives faulty or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll assess the item and offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.


Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit.

Refunds on sale items are not offered unless the item is deemed faulty.


Return Process

To begin a return, please email us at contact@littleharperlee.com with your order number and details.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


A Note on Our Pieces

Each Little Harper Lee piece is made in small batches, with care taken in fabric, finish, and fit.

Slight variations in colour or texture may occur — this is part of the nature of the materials we use and what makes each piece feel considered.
